Outdoor Sauna & Cold Plunge in Seattle
Our mountain ritual gets a city address
The Springs Outpost lands in Seattle – our social contrast experience comes to Seattle. Two wood saunas, refreshing cold plunge, and a sec built for lingering – all under the city lights.
Social wellness comes to Seattle
The social sauna
A large-format wood sauna with room for the whole crew. Bring the climbing partners, the run club, the coworkers – whoever you came to sweat it out with.
The hot box
A smaller, more intimate sauna built for a serious sweat. Dial in the heat and humidity, find your mood, and let the world outside go quiet.
The cold
A custom outdoor cold-water feature that sharpens everything the heat softened. Step under, catch your breath, and go again.
The secret garden
A tucked-away lounge to slow down between rounds – an urban oasis hidden in the middle of Fremont. Robe & towel service included, coffee-in-hand moment encouraged.
The events
Gong baths, breathwork, and community nights – the social calendar that turns a visit into a ritual. It's wellness worth showing up for, together.
Coming in 2027
An above-ground hot pool and cold plunge complete the full contrast circuit. Waitlist members hear first.
The Outpost sits at Campus Seattle on Stone Way, in the heart of Fremont, Seattle's self-proclaimed "Center of the Universe." You're sharing the block with:
Find yourself in good company at Campus Seattle
Blocks from the Burke-Gilman Trail and a short walk from Gasworks Park.
Finish the climb, the ride, the run, or the workday, then come sweat it out with your neighbors. Recovery built into the neighborhood.
You’ll want to put us on repeat
Contrast therapy is simple — heat opens, cold sharpens, and the cycle resets your whole nervous system.
At the Outpost, you'll move between our sauna, cold showers, and lounge at your own pace. No timers, no need for whispers, no right way to do it.
Come solo or bring your crew. It works either way.

The questions Seattle is already asking
-
Opening in 2026. Waitlist members get the exact date first, plus first access to opening-week passes.
-
Two outdoor wood saunas: a large social sauna and a compact super-hot one. Plus an outdoor cold shower and dump bucket, cedar decking, and a changing area. Lean on purpose, outside on principle.
-
Yes! An above-ground hot pool and cold plunge arrive in 2027, completing the full contrast circuit you'd find at our Leavenworth flagship.
-
Campus Seattle, is in the heart of Fremont - same block as Brooks Running, Evo, and Seattle Bouldering Project.
-
Really outdoors. The saunas are enclosed and hot; everything between them is open sky. Rain on warm cedar after a sauna round is the point, not a problem.
-
A swimsuit and a water bottle. Robes, towels, and stocked showers are on us. Bring a book if you're a chaise person.
-
We love our kids! But The Springs is an 18+ facility. We're built as an adult space for peace, recovery, and unhurried conversation.
-
Same ritual, same social-first culture, city-sized footprint. Think of the Outpost as The Springs distilled, and Leavenworth as the full pilgrimage, open year-round 2.5 hours east.
